Q: Is there a deposit
A: Yes, a $50.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation. Large orders may require a larger deposit. All reservations are on a first-come basis. So order your equipment early to ensure availability.
Q: What are the delivery arrangements?
A: In Good Taste Party Rentals will deliver and pick up all orders. Inflatables are delivered in the am and picked up BEFORE DUSK (8:30 PM). Tents, tables, & chairs will be delivered according to times given approximately 1 to 2 days before the event. Equipment is rented by the day.
Q: Is there any delivery charge?
A: There is no charge with orders over $100.00.
Q: What safety precautions do I take?
A: We require ADULT SUPERVISION with all our equipment rental. We require the renter to read and sign a rental agreement that includes safety instructions. Our units are constructed of industry-standard vinyl’s, fire retardant, and include an inflated safety ramp/step. There should be no problems as long as you adhere to the safety and operating instructions.
Q: What do I need to do to prepare for the equipment?
A: We require you to ensure we have a clean flat surface (no rocks, sticks, debris, dog droppings, etc) and we require you to mark and identify any utilities (ie: sprinklers, cable, power lines) that you, previous residents and contractors may have installed. You, as the homeowner, know your property better than we do and you are required to make us aware of any utilities that may be affected. We are not responsible for damage done when setting up or taking down our equipment on your property to any utilities/utility-related equipment.
Q: What about bad weather and cancellations?
A: We cannot set up or operate any inflatable when the wind is 20mph or higher, In case of rain-We cannot set up or operate any inflatable in a heavy downpour or electrical storm. Once the inflatable is set up and the weather changes NO REFUNDS will be issued. If the weather does turn to the rain-wind or electrical storm, please turn off the Blower, unplug it, and cover it up so it does not get wet. In Good Taste Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel due to weather conditions. Cancellations due to weather will be fully refunded. All other cancellations must be made 10 days in advance for a full refund.
Q: When is payment due?
A: The deposit is due within 3 days of your order. The balance is due in full before setting up. If paying by check, the balance is due 5 days before your event.
Q: How many tables can fit under a 20x 20 frame tent?
A: 8 rectangle tables can fit comfortably under a 20×20 frame tent and if you’d prefer round, 5 would fit.
Q: How many people fit under a 20×20 frame tent with tables and chairs?
A: With rectangular tables between 45 and 55 people can sit comfortably under a 20×20 frame tent.
With round tables between 30-35 people.
Q: how many tables can fit under a 20x 30 frame tent?
A: 12 rectangular tables can fit under a 20×30 frame tent.
8 Round Tables can fit comfortably.
Q: How many people fit under a 20×30 frame tent with tables and chairs?
A: With rectangular tables between 72 and 84 people can sit comfortably under a 20×30 frame tent.

Q: Can In Good Taste Party Rentals tents go over my driveway?
A: Yes they can. In Good Taste party rentals only has free-standing frame tents. This means they can go over pavement, brick patio, decks, gym floors, or can also go on grass.
Q: How many kids can play in a bounce house at one time?
A: We require all kids to be monitored while play in the bounce house but between 5 and 7 is safe. Don’t forget these are commercial size bounce houses so adults can fit too! 2 adults at a time.
